As summer approaches it's time to get your healthy hair routine in place. The summer heat can be harsh on your natural coils. Like stronger , fuller hair and it also reduces dandruff. Coconut oil directly to the hair and scalp will give you those same results. Juicing through the summer heat will not only keep you hydrated but also nourish the hair, skin and nails from the inside out. Incorporate aloe vera into your routine for a hydro boost. You can do so easily by turning your aloe into a leave in spray. Hot oil treatments and steams in between tensionless protective styles make out to be a great balance for hydration and protection for your natural hair.
