I’ve used it a couple times now. It seems to be okay but I still use the conditioner you gave me after I shampoo my hair to soften it. The instructions say to wadh the hair after rinsing it out. My hair till looks and feels great!

Keep Your Extensions Looking Luxe Longer
Gentle Washing Only
- Wash every 2–3 weeks with a sulfate-free, hydrating shampoo.
- Always follow with a rich moisturizing conditioner or hair mask.
- Avoid over-washing — too much can dry out the hair and shorten its lifespan.
Detangle with Care
- Always detangle before washing, starting from the ends and working your way up.
- Use a wide-tooth comb, extension brush, or your fingers — never tug or rip through knots.
Air Dry When You Can
- Blow dryers = stress on the strands. Let your extensions air dry to maintain softness and bounce.
- If you use hot tools, always apply a heat protectant to prevent dryness and split ends.
- Avoid using excessive heat daily — it shortens the hair’s natural luster and longevity.

Please allow up to 4 business days for the processing of verified orders. To help us process your order quickly, ensure that your billing and shipping addresses match. If they do not, we recommend using PayPal at checkout—no account required.
All orders ship from our Charlotte, NC facility.
Standard processing time is 1–4 business days from your order date. During high-volume periods such as sales or promotions, processing may take up to 14 business days.
Bundle & Clip-In Guide

The number of bundles you’ll need depends on your desired volume and selected lengths. All of our extensions are measured when pulled straight. To measure accurately, place your measuring tape just below the weft and extend to the ends.
Recommended Bundle Amounts:
- 12"–14": Minimum of 2 bundles
- 16"–18": Minimum of 3 bundles
- 20"–24": Minimum of 4 bundles
- 26” and longer: 5–6 bundles for full volume
For Clip-Ins:
- 1 full set for length
- 2 full sets for fullness/volume
